Job Title: D365 CRM Developer

Security Clearance: Baseline

Duration: Initial 12 months with 2 12-month extensions

Functional Expertise: Software Engineering / Dynamics 365 CRM Development

Sub-functional Expertise: Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration, Power Platform, .NET web development, Azure DevOps CI/CD

Location of work: ACT | Hybrid

Working arrangements: Hybrid arrangement with a minimum of three (3) days in the office per week

Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced D365 CRM Developer to join a small, agile IT project team. You will work closely with business stakeholders to design, build and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that support critical organisational processes. This role requires hands-on development expertise, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions

• Write, test and optimise code to enhance system performance and capability

• Evaluate, integrate and test new software components and services

• Maintain and support existing software systems, ensuring reliability and security

• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Contribute to continuous integration and delivery pipelines using Azure DevOps

• Produce technical documentation and share knowledge with team members

Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to perform cohesively within small project teams

• Proven experience developing with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

• Proficiency in web development technologies including JavaScript, ASP.NET, C#, .NET, jQuery, SQL Server, HTML and CSS

• Experience with PowerApps and Power BI

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline design, build and test

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Key Capabilities:

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration best practice

• Ability to design scalable, maintainable CRM solutions

• Skilled in building low-code/no-code applications on the Power Platform

• Competent in modern DevOps practices and automated deployment

• Commitment to quality, security and documentation standards

Essential Criteria:

• Knowledge of and adherence to Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration best practices

• Experience in MS Dynamics CRM / 365 configuration and solution design

• Knowledge and experience using web development tools and technologies such as JavaScript, ASP.Net, C#, .NET, jQuery, SQL Server, HTML, CSS

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience with PowerApps and PowerBI

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline implementation design / build / test

Desirable Criteria:

• Microsoft certifications will be highly regarded
