Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Integration Developer to join their Software Engineering team. In this role, you will deliver business and system integration services to support the implementation of effective technology solutions.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into technical outcomes, contributing to functional and application design, integration architecture, and transformation initiatives. This position requires strong expertise in .NET technologies and Azure integration services, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
• Develop and maintain integration solutions that enhance system interoperability and data flow
• Monitor and evaluate integration processes to identify areas for improvement and optimisation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and deployment of integration solutions
• Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on integration best practices and tools
• Provide consultative business and system integration services
• Translate customer needs into business and technology solutions
• Drive discussions on transformation, customer journey and functional/application design
• Ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements
• Contribute to team decisions and key project outcomes
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams
