Description:

Our client is seeking APS5 Equivalent Compliance Officers to support compliance and investigation activities. The successful candidates will contribute to the planning, development and production of compliance and investigation outcomes, while ensuring adherence to legislative, policy and information security requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development, planning and production of compliance and/or investigation products, outputs and outcomes
  • Utilise recognised fraud investigation or intelligence qualifications and/or relevant regulatory experience obtained in a government, law enforcement or military intelligence context
  • Conduct payment integrity and/or fraud assessments and produce reports for complex matters through the collection, evaluation and analysis of information
  • Comply with all relevant legislation, policies and guidelines for the management of information and use of ICT systems and tools
  • Contribute to the development of business rules, refinements and suggested avenues of analysis and investigation
  • Produce compliance and/or fraud products within set timeframes in accordance with legislative, policy and information security frameworks
  • Maintain accurate files and records relating to business decisions and intelligence activities and functions
  • Contribute to reporting requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience in compliance, investigations, intelligence analysis or regulatory environments
  • Ability to conduct assessments and produce detailed reports
  • Understanding of legislative, policy and information security frameworks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work within set timeframes
