Description:
Our client is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to provide level 3 business-as-usual support services for critical ICT systems and to collaborate with project teams to prepare and implement solution designs. The successful candidate will operate under section leadership as part of a team of system administrators, taking ownership of specific technologies and providing back-up support across the team
Responsibilities:

Lead and be responsible for level 3 support of one or more technologies, providing and receiving back-up support from similarly skilled system administrators

Participate in project design reviews and support the implementation of solution designs and transition into service
Requirements:
-
Microsoft Dynamics CRM administration (on-premises and Dynamics 365)
-
Microsoft Active Directory Federated Services (v4 and later) and Azure EntraID administration, including Single Sign-On configuration between partner agencies and TLS/SSL certificate renewals

Microsoft Azure administration, including DevOps releases and integration connector services

The role has been informed by the Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA), seeking capabilities including Application support (ASUP) – Level 5; Availability management (AVMT) – Level 5; Deployment (DEPL) – Level 4; Identity and access management (IAMT) – Level 3; Incident management (USUP) – Level 4; Infrastructure design (IFDN) – Level 3; Infrastructure operations (ITOP) – Level 4; Problem management (PBMG) – Level 3; Service level management (SLMO) – Level 4; Software configuration (PORT) – Level 3; System software administration (SYSP) – Level 4; Systems installation and removal (HSIN) – Level 4; and Systems integration and build (SINT) – Level 3
Essential Criteria:

Minimum 5+ years of providing administration and level-3 support of ICT systems

Specialist ICT skills in Microsoft Dynamics CRM administration (on-premises and Dynamics 365)

Specialist ICT skills in Microsoft Active Directory Federated Services (v4 and later) and Azure EntraID administration, with experience managing Single Sign-On configurations and TLS/SSL certificate renewals

Specialist ICT skills in Microsoft Azure administration, with experience managing DevOps releases and integration connector services

Minimum NV1 security clearance, with the ability to seek an NV2 clearance during the engagement
Desirable Criteria:

Domain knowledge of our client’s systems

Experience in implementing and administering Microsoft Dynamics clusters

Experience in implementing and administering single sign-on configurations and TLS/SSL certificates with Active Directory Federated Services

Experience in administering Azure DevOps pipelines for releases
