Description
Our client is seeking three experienced Change Managers to support the successful delivery of organisational change initiatives. The successful candidates will lead change management activities that enable the effective adoption of new business processes, technologies, tools and organisational changes. Working closely with project teams, sponsors and stakeholders, you will develop and implement structured change management approaches that support successful project outcomes and sustainable business change.
Responsibilities
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
- Assess change impacts across various stakeholder audience groups.
- Complete Change Impact Assessments.
- Develop Change Management Strategies based on the nature of the change and impacted stakeholder groups.
- Identify potential risks and points of resistance and prepare mitigation strategies.
- Work with relevant areas to develop targeted change management plans, including communications plans, sponsor roadmaps and training plans.
- Lead the execution of change management plans.
- Support and engage with senior leaders.
- Coordinate activities with other change management specialists.
- Identify and report on change management issues.
- Evaluate and ensure stakeholder readiness for change.
- Manage stakeholder engagement activities.
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
- Support organisational-level change management.
- Transfer skills and knowledge to client staff.
- Ensure documentation is maintained in accordance with recordkeeping policies.
- Produce high-level and detailed Change Impact Assessments.
- Produce communications artefacts.
- Produce training artefacts.
- Produce stakeholder engagement plans.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience applying structured change management methodologies.
- Experience developing change management strategies and plans.
- Experience assessing organisational change impacts.
- Ability to identify change risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Experience developing communication, training and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Experience supporting senior leaders through organisational change.
- Ability to monitor and measure change outcomes.
- Experience producing change management documentation and artefacts.
- Ability to transfer knowledge and maintain project documentation.

Essential Criteria
- At least three (3) years of work experience providing change manager services.
- Demonstrated experience in change management planning, effectively developing a change management approach and detailed change management plan in collaboration with sponsors, users, and project teams.
- Proven high level understanding of change readiness and implementation, designing and implementing action plans ensuring required processes, tools, communications and training are in place to support successful change adoption.
- Ability to gather and analyse feedback from stakeholders and users and use feedback to make timely and effective improvements to change management approaches and plans.
Desirable Criteria
- Proven change manager experience working in large organisation similar to the client.
- Proven excellent communication skill and actively engage with stakeholders.
