Duration: Initial 11 months with 1 x 12-month extension

Description
Our client is seeking an EL1 Change Manager to support the delivery of change initiatives. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with stakeholders and project teams to develop and implement change management activities, coordinate change processes, support stakeholder engagement, and contribute to the successful delivery of program outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Implement change management strategies by developing and supporting the execution of tailored change management plans.
- Coordinate change processes and manage day-to-day change operations.
- Assist the Lead Change Manager in facilitating stakeholder engagement and fostering effective collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Develop clear, concise communications to keep teams informed.
- Track, monitor and report on change activities and progress.
- Work collaboratively and constructively across other Change Managers to deliver key change priorities, including managing change impact assessments, training programs, Change Champions, internal change processes and change priorities.
- Support the Change Lead to manage change-related risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Manage multiple and competing priorities with a focus on developing and implementing change priorities.
- Participate collaboratively in project activities, including planning, sharing priority tasks, and providing regular updates to senior management.
