Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior SOE Systems Engineer to support the design, implementation, management and optimisation of enterprise infrastructure and Standard Operating Environment (SOE) solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with business users and technical teams to deliver secure, reliable and modern workplace technologies, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, technical documentation, mentoring and knowledge sharing.
Responsibilities:
- Work with business users and system administrators to improve and optimise ICT and business solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to diagnose and resolve operational and technical issues.
- Contribute to expanding organisational knowledge through active engagement and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in software configuration planning and management.
- Identify and communicate design, build, testing and quality risks, assumptions and dependencies.
- Produce system design, implementation documentation, procedures and policies.
- Ensure compliance with ICT standards and governance requirements.
- Provide knowledge transfer, mentoring, coaching and training to team members.
- Maintain current technical knowledge through ongoing professional development.
- Establish and maintain effective business relationships and professional networks.
- Contribute to the improvement of ICT practices and procedures.
- Work effectively within a small team and broader organisational environment.
- Deliver work within agreed timeframes and quality standards.
- Record and maintain documentation in accordance with organisational requirements.
