Description:

Our client is seeking experienced Training Service Managers to support the rollout of ICT projects as part of a major digital transformation initiative. This role is integral to enabling staff to effectively adopt new technologies by delivering tailored training programs and building digital capability across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver in-person and virtual technology training sessions for a broad range of users
  • Develop high-quality training materials including guides, presentations and e-learning modules
  • Conduct training needs assessments and work with stakeholders to understand requirements
  • Provide practical support and technical troubleshooting during training sessions
  • Assess training outcomes and improve delivery based on feedback and performance data
  • Stay current with new technologies and incorporate best practice adult learning techniques

Essential Criteria:

  • Training Delivery Expertise: Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering technology training programs for diverse audiences.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of relevant software, systems, and digital tools, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Instructional Design Skills: Ability to develop engaging training materials, including presentations, guides, and e-learning content.
  • Communication, Stakeholder Engagement and Facilitation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to facilitate interactive sessions. Experience collaborating with business units to identify training needs and measure effectiveness.
  • Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Capability to tailor training approaches to different learning styles and troubleshoot technical issues during sessions.
  • Continuous Learning: Commitment to staying current with emerging technologies and best practices in adult learning.
