Description:

Our client is seeking experienced and motivated CRM Developers to assist with the development of CRM modules within an existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 instance. These roles will support various stages of the regulatory compliance process through technical configuration, customisation, and integration efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop CRM modules and workflows based on documented user stories and requirements
  • Configure CRM connectors/integrations to support data flows between systems including Azure SQL, the organisation’s finance system, and data platform
  • Customise CRM interface to enhance user experience
  • Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary agile project team
  • Maintain and contribute to technical design documentation

Requirements:

  • Experience in development and configuration of Dynamics 365 modules
  • Integration of external data sources with Dynamics 365
  • Workflow and dashboard configuration for various business users
  • Design and implementation of CRM security models, access controls, and role permissions
  • Data migration into CRM systems, including scripting

Key Capabilities:

  • Proficiency in Dynamics 365 development and configuration
  • Strong experience with Azure service bus, Dataverse API integration, and Power Automate
  • Skills in ASP.Net, .Net framework, and C#
  • Familiarity with source control and CI/CD using Azure DevOps
  • Ability to manage tasks and workflows in Azure DevOps and SharePoint Online
  • Effective communication within agile teams, including remote collaboration
  • Adaptability to changing project scope and priorities

Essential Criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and configuring D365 Modules
  • Experience configuring external data source connectors/integrations into D365
  • Ability to configure CRM workflows and dashboards from documented user stories and requirements
  • Experience in configuring CRM dashboards for business consumers
  • Experience developing CRM security models, access controls and role permissions
  • Experience with data migrations into CRM, including scripting
  • Development experience in Azure service bus integration, Dataverse API integration, Power Automate flow and background workflow plug-ins
  • Development using ASP.Net, .Net framework and C#
  • Managing source control, builds and deployments using Azure DevOps
  • Task management and tracking in Azure DevOps
  • Experience with SharePoint Online
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Strong communication of work progress and status
  • Flexibility in adapting to new information and direction
  • Experience working in geographically dispersed teams
  • Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
