Description:

Our client is seeking experienced Organisational Change Managers to support a large-scale transformational technology program. The successful candidates will develop and implement end-to-end change strategies, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, communication, and support for organisational readiness throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and undertake stakeholder analysis, impact assessments and business readiness assessments
  • Conduct detailed change impact assessments to identify potential impacts on business areas, processes, and systems
  • Develop and implement change and communications programs for projects and initiatives
  • Monitor and assess change readiness; provide analysis and advice to support success
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to drive awareness and engagement
  • Collaborate with training and development teams to support capability uplift
  • Support benefits realisation through behavioural and process change

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in organisational change management
  • Proven experience in delivering change initiatives in complex, technology-driven environments
  • Familiarity with structured change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities
  • Demonstrated project delivery experience including integration of change management activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to coach and lead teams through change

Essential Criteria:

  • Demonstrated 5+ years’ experience in organisational change management
  • Demonstrated experience in leading organisational change initiatives in complex technology-based environments using structured methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR)
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels to achieve change outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop clear change messaging
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to consult, negotiate, liaise with a variety of stakeholders to influence outcomes
  • Experience in integrating change management activities into project plans and ensuring successful adoption of new processes or systems
  • Ability to assess organisational impacts, identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Capability to coach leaders and teams through change and foster a positive change culture
