Description:
Our client is seeking two experienced Systems Trainers to support the delivery of training outcomes for a strategically significant IT transformation program.
Working within a change management environment, the Systems Trainers will collaborate closely with the training and change teams to design and deliver tailored training experiences that support successful system adoption across the organisation.
The role will focus on developing high-quality training materials, coordinating training delivery, and supporting stakeholders through the transition to new systems and processes. The successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring users are well prepared and confident in using the new system through structured learning programs and targeted training activities.
Responsibilities:

Lead and implement creative training strategies under the guidance of the Training Manager to support digital transformation initiatives

Collaborate with the change team to understand business requirements and assist in delivering training and change activities aligned with the program schedule

Support evaluation and analysis of training needs from current to future states to enable a smooth transition for users

Develop engaging and fit-for-purpose training materials to support system adoption

Build and maintain strong relationships with program stakeholders and business areas to ensure training activities are clearly understood and adopted

Coordinate training schedules to support change and business adoption activities

Deliver training sessions both virtually and in person in line with the program schedule

Provide reporting on training delivery, participation and effectiveness, validating outcomes with end users and leadership
Requirements:

Experience delivering training within complex program or project environments

Ability to develop and deliver system training materials tailored to diverse audiences

Experience coordinating and facilitating both virtual and in-person training sessions

Strong collaboration skills when working with change, program and business stakeholders

Experience evaluating training effectiveness and supporting continuous improvement

Essential Criteria:

Proven ability to contribute to the full training cycle; assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate.

Knowledge of how to understand and evaluate learner needs with the objective of delivering high level training and knowledge documents.

Experience developing fit-for-purpose training materials including guides, videos, and modules for diverse audiences.

Experience developing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development programs and initiatives.

Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills across a diverse stakeholder group.

High quality written communication skills.

Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to support the assessment and planning of training strategies.

Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to liaise, negotiate, and represent effectively.

Ability to manage multiple work packages simultaneously whilst understanding dependencies and ensuring progress and quality.

Understanding of Agile project delivery and change management frameworks, with experience in supporting training outcomes for large-scale programs.
