Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior EDRMS Systems Administrator to support and manage a centralised Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) environment. The role focuses on administering the Content Manager application, maintaining system performance, and supporting enterprise-wide information management capabilities.
The successful candidate will work within an information management team responsible for records management, enterprise governance, and EDRMS operations supporting users across multiple locations. The role requires strong technical capability, troubleshooting expertise, and the ability to support system integrations and upgrades.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and support the Content Manager (EDRMS) application
- Manage servers and replication of centralised EDRMS functions
- Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues
- Provide technical advice on system upgrades, documentation, and change requests
- Support integration of business applications with the EDRMS
- Maintain system performance across distributed environments
- Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of system processes
Requirements:
- Certificate IV, Diploma, or Degree in Information Technology, Information Management or equivalent demonstrated experience
- Experience supporting, configuring, and developing the Content Manager application
- Experience integrating business applications with Content Manager
- Experience with Microsoft Operating System configuration, maintenance, and patching
- Experience with virtualisation platforms including VMware vSphere, Nutanix AHV, and Citrix Workspace
- Experience in application support, system software, and database administration aligned with SFIA Level 4

- Relevant experience and industry knowledge in virtualization platforms including VMware vSphere, Nutanix AHV & Citrix Workspace.
