Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Lead Cyber Security Content Designer to refresh, maintain, and deliver cyber security training content targeted at specific user groups.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering hands-on technical training material, improving cyber awareness and security skills, and ensuring compliance with the Information Security Manual. The role will also contribute to the development of online learning resources, refresher videos, and publicly available training materials.
The role requires strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex cyber security concepts into accessible business language for audiences with varying levels of technical understanding.
Responsibilities:
- Refresh and maintain courseware for hands-on cyber security training targeted at specific users.
- Improve users’ ability to manage cyber security through enhanced cyber awareness and skills development.
- Ensure training content aligns with the Information Security Manual.
- Deliver specific user training courses.
- Develop online learning materials for staff.
- Contribute to the development of online refresher videos.
- Deliver cyber security training sessions.
- Develop online training material for publicly available courses.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to communicate cyber security concepts to audiences with varying levels of cyber understanding, exposure, and experience.
- Demonstrated experience in either developing or delivering hands-on technical training material, including hacking methodology, understanding security technology, and log analysis.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, with a focus on translation of technical concepts to business language.
- Ability to operate at an EL1 equivalent level.
