Job Title: Senior ArcGIS Developer Software Engineer (Developer)
Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) (The preference would be for the candidate to have an active NV1 prior to commencement, but if they have an active baseline clearance then that can be accepted if they can obtain their NV1 (at their cost) within the first 12 months.)
Duration: Initial 12 months with 2 x 12-month extensions

Flexible arrangements may be accommodated based on individual and collaboration needs. In-person attendance at important Agile ceremonies and team events is required.

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior ArcGIS Developer Software Engineer to design, build and deploy geospatial applications and survey collections within the ArcGIS ecosystem.
The successful candidate will undertake analysis, design and development activities across multiple application delivery streams. These applications are hosted within the ArcGIS Enterprise technology suite and include the use of Field Maps, Workforce, Survey123 and Imagery.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build and deploy geospatial applications within the ArcGIS ecosystem
- Develop and support survey collection solutions using Survey123
- Perform analysis, design and development activities across multiple application delivery streams
- Develop and maintain applications hosted within the ArcGIS Enterprise technology suite
- Work with Field Maps, Workforce, Survey123 and Experience Builder technologies
- Support Azure-based data integration, storage and automation services
- Utilise development tools including Azure DevOps and ArcGIS Pro
- Contribute to Agile delivery methodologies and team collaboration activities

Essential Criteria:
- Experience designing and implementing survey driven applications (e.g. using ArcGIS Enterprise and Survey123)
- Experience developing applications in ArcGIS Enterprise
- Experience administering ArcGIS Enterprise
- Experience work with Field Maps, Experience Builder and Workforce in ArcGIS Enterprise
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience in establishing and maturing geospatial governance capabilities (such as working groups, fora, committees, standards)
