Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Developer) to deliver high-quality software solutions across complex ICT environments. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle, working collaboratively with stakeholders to analyse business requirements, develop secure and scalable applications, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse complex ICT business issues and recommend appropriate design solutions.
• Create new and update existing technical design artefacts.
• Develop and enhance user interfaces and system interfaces.
• Implement proposed changes in collaboration with testing, release management and operations teams.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of technical design standards.
• Respond to reported issues through fault diagnosis, analysis and rectification.
• Analyse and implement application enhancements requested by business areas.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure software quality and best practice.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, agree on objectives and deliver outcomes.
• Provide knowledge and skills transfer to other teams.
• Maintain current technical knowledge through ongoing professional development.
• Establish and maintain effective business relationships and professional networks.
• Contribute to improved ICT practices and procedures.
• Provide mentoring, coaching and training.
• Work effectively within a small team and broader organisational environment.
