Duration: Initial 12 months with 1 x 12-month extension

Description:

Our client is seeking a Senior Dynamics CRM Software Engineer (Developer) to implement new business solutions as part of a digital transformation program. The role will deliver new services using cloud platforms including Azure, Dynamics 365 and bespoke web applications.

The successful candidate will work within a multi-disciplinary team using agile principles and practices to deliver client-centred solutions. They will work closely with other developers and the platform architect to build technical capability to a high standard using agile delivery and DevOps principles.

Responsibilities:

• Be involved with the solution to provide Dynamics CRM specific recommendations.
• Undertake software development with a particular focus on Dynamics CRM.
• Perform system analysis, investigate technical problems and document relevant issues.
• Liaise with business users and project stakeholders on technical and non-technical matters as required.
• Work closely with team members and contribute to team process and skill improvements.

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in an ICT-related field or applicable industry certifications.
• Experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions developer using modern Microsoft products and cloud platforms.
• Experience with secure software development principles and identifying, assessing and remediating security vulnerabilities.
• Experience designing and deploying Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions.
• Experience implementing Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting and communication capabilities.

Essential Criteria:

• Tertiary qualifications in an ICT related field or applicable industry certifications.
• Demonstrated experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions developer using modern Microsoft products and cloud platforms including:
  • Experience in D365 Customer Service
  • Experience in configuration and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Experience in extending and automating Dataverse, using:
    • Power automate, business process flows, business rules
    • Javascript, plugins
    • Power apps/Power pages
    • Functions apps/Logic apps
    • Consuming Web APIs
• Demonstrated understanding of secure software development principles and the OWASP Top 10 security risks along with the ability to identify, assess, and remediate security vulnerabilities in applications, integrations, and APIs
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions, including custom Promts, topics, actions, and generative AI capabilities.
• Experience implementing Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise data sources and integrating copilot agents with Power Platform, Dataverse, Microsoft 365, APIs. Demonstrated skills and experience in:
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting
  • Communication at technical, business and personal levels (written & verbal)

Desirable Criteria:

• Experience creating and maintaining DevOps build and release pipelines.
• Understanding of AI security, governance, and best practices, with the ability to deliver scalable and secure enterprise-grade Copilot agent solutions.
• Experience working in a team or organisation using agile principles, practices or frameworks (i.e. Scrum).
